Address Changes on Jury Notices

The court system is required to forward to the elections office all jury notices where a voter communicated a change of address. Such documents should be processed as undeliverable mail and the mail item of Jury Notice should be selected on the Undeliverable Mail dialog.

Depending on whether the new address is in Florida or out of state, certain documents are scheduled. See Third-Party Address Changes for more information.

Jury notices whose change-of-address information shows an address matching the residential address in the voter's record should not be processed.

Jury notices are not considered voter activity.
