Print a Mailing Label for a Voter
If your workstation is set up to print to a label printer, you can print a single mailing label from a voter's record. You have the option of using the voter's residential or mailing address. Or you can type in a temporary address to be used for this label only.

Go to VOTER REGISTRATION > Voter Maintenance and access any voter's record.

Click Utilities > Local Printer Options on the toolbar to open the Local Printer Options dialog.

In the Local Address Label Printer field, select a label printer and click OK.

Go to VOTER REGISTRATION > Voter Maintenance and access the voter's record.

On the Maint tab, click Printing to open the Schedule Document Printing dialog.

In the Print Immediately box, click Address Label to open the Select Address for Label dialog.

In the Address field, select which address you want to print. If you select Residence or Mailing, the address appears in the Address fields. If you select Temporary, you must enter the address.

Click OK to print the label.
