Identifying Accessible Online Voters

Voters may request their vote-by-mail ballots be delivered via the Accessible Online method. There are several locations in the software where this delivery method is reflected:

1. VOTE-BY-MAIL > Vote-by-Mail Reports > Vote-by-Mail Voter Lists > Vote-by-Mail Flexible Report

   

   Users can create a list to identify voters that have requested 'Accessible Online' as their delivery method for a specific election utilizing the Vote-by-Mail Flexible Report.

2. VOTER REGISTRATION > Voter Maintenance > Vote-by-Mail tab > {select desired election} > Mail-Ballot Adjustments

   

3. VOTE-BY-MAIL > Deliver Ballots
