Provisional Voters
To run: REPORTING > Election Reports > Voter Lists > Provisional Voters
This report lists the voters who cast provisional ballots in the selected election.
The end of the report shows the total ballots that were tabulated and not tabulated. The Total Not Tabulated total includes both pending and not-tabulated ballots.
The Tabulated column in the report has three possible values:
- Y—The voter's ballot was tabulated.
- N—The voter's ballot was not tabulated.
- P—The voter's ballot is pending because its disposition has not yet been determined by the Canvassing Board.
When you run the report, you are asked to provide a date range. Then, you
are given the option of sorting the list by
When sorted by Rejection Reason (with totals) for EAC, the report shows only those voters whose ballot has not been tabulated, grouping the voters by provisional reason, which is information required for the EAC report.
This report was sorted by tracking number.
