Create a List of Those Voting in an Election
Using Flexible Reports, you can create a report to list all voters who voted in a selected election. Examining this report is the best way to verify that the voting history update completed successfully.
Create the list of those voting in an election:
- Go to PRINTING > Flexible Reports.
- Use the default settings in boxes 1, 2, and 2a:

- In the 3. Record Selection box, click Voting Record.
- On the Select Voters on Voting History dialog, select the election and click to move the election into the Select voters who voted in these elections pane.
- In the Voting Status box, select all options except Eligible but did not vote, and then click Close.
- Click Run Flex Rep to create the report. After the header page, the report will look something like the following:
