This report lists voters who have not returned their mail ballots or whose ballots were returned by the postal service as undeliverable. A total of the non-voted ballots is in the last page of the list.

Ballots that were returned but referred due to voter errors are not included in this list.

The report can be given to candidates who ask for a list of mail ballot voters who haven't returned their ballots.
