Place Maintenance—Categories Tab
To access: ELECTIONS > Place Maintenance > {place} > Categories
The Categories tab lists the category codes to which the polling place is assigned. For more information on the category feature, see Create and Assign Polling Place Category Codes.
Fields and Controls on this Dialog

Modify Category/Code |
Change the description of the highlighted category code. Note that your changes will apply throughout the system to all polling places to which the category code is assigned. |

Delete |
Remove the highlighted category-code assignment from this polling place. This does not delete the category code from the system. |
|
Add |
Display the Polling Place Categories dialog that allows you to assign an existing category code to the polling place or create a new category or code to assign to the polling place. |
