Newspaper Notice Voters

To access:  LIST MAINTENANCE > Eligibility Maintenance > Update Pending Newspaper Notice(s) > {notice batch}

On this dialog you can record the date when a notice of potential ineligibility was actually published in the newspaper for a batch of voters. Recording the actual publish date updates each of the affected voter's match status to Notice Published on their Eligibility Maint tab.

You can also remove any voters from the list and create a report that can be printed or exported to a file for delivery to the newspaper. Voters you want to remove from the list should be deleted here before you record the actual publish date, as the batch will no longer be accessible for viewing or editing after the publish date is recorded.
