Precinct Register Examples

Sample layouts of various precinct register formats supported by Voter Focus can be found in our User Community. The style your county uses depends on the Precinct Register Options selected in Voter Focus Admin > System Options > Prec Reg/Elctns.

Here are excerpts from two styles—one displaying the voter's signature from the database, the other without a signature:

If a voter requires assistance (the Assistance check box is selected on the Maint tab in Voter Maintenance and/or the voter is in Inactive status), you will see one of these notes in the area designated as Assistance text:

  • INACTIVE VOTER
  • INACTIVE - ASSTNC REQD
  • ASSISTANCE REQUIRED

If the voter has a status that requires the election worker's attention, it will be printed in the area reserved for the voter's signature:

  • Photo Id OR Provisional Ballot
  • Photo Id / Absentee Requested
  • ****  VOTED EARLY  *****
  • ***  VOTED ABSENTEE  ***
  • ** VOTED PROVISIONAL **
  • ABSENTEE REQUESTED
  • Challenged: Must Vote Provisional
  • Pending: Must Vote Provisional
  • Address Update Required
