Update Precinct Finder Information: Office Holders, List of Precincts, and Statistics

The office holders, list of precincts, and precinct statistics that appear in Precinct Finder are extracted from your voter registration database. The link appears on the Precinct Finder page automatically.

If there are changes to these lists—such as changes effected by redistricting—you must queue an export of this information for transfer to the website by the VRScheduler - UpdateWebHosting.exe program.

To update the list of office holders, precincts, or statistics on your website:

  1. Go to STREETS & PRECINCTS > Export To Website > Schedule Export to Web Site.

  2. When asked if you want to update Precinct Finder for a specific election:

    NOTE: Select No if you are updating office holders or the list of precincts.

    The next time VRScheduler - UpdateWebHosting.exe runs, it will send the update to the web. This program runs automatically every 20 minutes on your Voter Focus server.
