Download FVRS Codes

Updates to the codes held by FVRS— such as codes for State-recognized parties— are automatically downloaded nightly to county databases. If you suspect that a code is missing from the Voter Focus database and don't want to wait for the nightly update, you can do an immediate manual update from FVRS by running this program. The following information is downloaded:

Street directions (N, S, NE, etc.)

Street types (DR, ST, AVE, etc).

Voter name styles (II, III, SR, JR, etc.)

Party codes and names

Statewide election information

Branch site codes

Miscellaneous FVRS codes such as status codes

To update your database with the latest copy of these FVRS codes:

Go to VOTER FOCUS ADMIN > System Codes > Download FVRS Codes.
