Unsent Email/Fax Absentee Ballots

This report has been replaced by the Vote-by-Mail Flexible Report run.

To produce the same information as the old report, you will need to run the Vote-by-Mail Flexible Report twice:  once for the Email section of the old report, and once for the Fax section. Use the instructions below, but in step 2, the value in Delivery Method Requested should be Email or Fax.

The title of the report is now the Flexible Absentee Status Report for <election name>.

To run reports having the same information as the old Unsent Email/Fax Absentee Ballots report:

  1. Go to REPORTING > Vote-by-Mail Reports > Vote-by-Mail Flexible Report

  2. On the Vote-by-Mail Flexible Report dialog, make the following selections:

Output Format = Status Report

Absentee Status = Requested, not Delivered

Location = UOCAVA

Delivery Method Requested = Email or Fax

  1. Click OK to run the report.

When run with the above parameters, the report lists voters who have requested email or fax delivery of their ballot but whose ballot has not yet been delivered.
