Output Media |
The file can be exported either to diskette (Floppy Disk) or to a folder on your local computer or network (Hard Disk). If you have the Easy CD Creator CD software, you also have the option of writing files directly to a CD ("Direct CD"). |

Output Options |
If you want the file compressed into ZIP format, select Zip Output File. Otherwise the file will be exported in TXT format (that is, as a comma-delimited text file). If you select Zip Output File, you have the option of choosing Save Work File on Hard Disk, which creates a work file in TXT format. The contents of the work file are exactly those of the ZIP file. Its purpose is to give you an uncompressed file to inspect before sending the ZIP file to the print house or requesting entity, without having to unzip the export file. |

Output File |
The default path for export files will be shown here, along with a default name for the file. The name is in the format: Exp<YYYYMMDDHHMMSS>.Zip where the data in <> is the date and time the file was exported. You can change the folder and file names, if you like. |

Work File Name |
If you selected Save Work File on Hard Disk, the default path for export files will be shown here along with a default name for the file, which is the same as the export file name, except for the TXT extension. You can change the folder and file names, if you like. |
