Notices Queue

When you click the Notices Queue button on the Printing tab, you only see the Notices that you have scheduled. Some offices have specialist staff to print and mail notices and documents. Other offices have schedulers print them and check them before mailing. Voter Focus allows you to work either way.

If you have permissions to do so, you can view other operator's notices. The security option that allows you to see other operators notices is "Notices:Supervisory".

You can enter the name of another operator, or you can check the box Show All Operator's Notices. If you can't see these options, you don't have security clearance.
