NOTE: This setting only applies to All-in-One and Compact style EViDs.
This feature lets you correct problems in which the EViD touch screen does not track properly with user input. For example, if you touch a button on the screen, but the EViD responds as if you touched beside the button, this utility allows you to recalibrate the screen to recognize the proper input.
To calibrate the EViD touch screen:
1. On the Clerk Utilities dialog, touch Calibrate Touch Screen.
2. A white screen with a red circle appears in the lower left corner. In center of the circle are crosshair lines. Touch the crosshair lines with your finger and do not remove your finger until the calibration reaches 100%.
3. Once complete, the calibrate screen appears in the lower right corner. Repeat this process for each corner on the monitor. When complete, the changes are applied and the EViD should respond to input as expected.
