Counties

To access:  STREETS & PRECINCTS > Street Utilities > Counties

On this dialog you maintain the list of valid Texas counties and the three-character county code. The dialog also stores the Elections Administrator name and mailing address for in-state cancellation letters.

To maintain the Elections Administrator name or mailing address for a county, highlight the county name, and then enter the changes in the fields below the list. Click Save on the toolbar to retain your changes before closing the dialog or selecting another county from the list.

Once the counties have been set up, which is done at Voter Focus installation, you should not add or delete counties.

To save a copy of the list of county detail, click Print.
