Voter Certificate

To access:  PRINTING > Voter Certificate

This dialog appears when the Voter Certificate program is running on your workstation, which enables printing of voter certificates.

Fields and Controls on this Dialog

Pause Program/Restart Processing

Toggles the program between the paused and processing states. The program must be in the processing state to print certificates. This state is indicated by the label Cards Waiting in the dialog's title area. (Cards Waiting doesn't mean that certificates are waiting to print; only that the Voter Certificate program is in the processing state and is ready to process printing.)

When you click Pause Program or View > Options, the Voter Certificate program is automatically paused (as indicated by Cards Paused in the dialog title area). Click Restart Processing to activate the program.

Print Alignment Pattern

Prints an alignment pattern for the voter certificate. Note that this button is available only when the Voter Certificate program is paused.

View > Options

Lets you select a printer for immediate printing of a voter certificate from a voter's record. The printer selection applies only to the computer on which the Voter Certificate program is running.
