Demographic Totals of Those Voting

To run:  ELECTIONS > Reconcile History > Voting Analysis Reports > Reports Demographic Totals

Note: When you start this report, it first performs an analysis phase, which accesses the record of each voter who voted in the election. This phase can be quite time-consuming.

This option produces two reports; one divided by precincts, the other divided by districts.

The reports include accepted and rejectedBallot By Mail ballots. They do not include provisional ballots that are in the status Pending or Not Tabulated (Tabulated provisional ballots are included). If a voter has multiple votes, only one vote for the voter is included in these totals.

A separate page is produced for each voting precinct unless there are no eligible voters in the precinct or no one in the precinct has voted.
