Change the Response Status of a Group of Workers
A worker's response status is shown in the upper-right corner of the worker's record.
The status can be either Response Received or No Response. At some point—at the beginning of the year, for example—you might want to set the status of a group of workers to No Response. Using Worker Flexible Search, you can reset the status in a single operation, which saves you from having to reset each worker's response status individually.

- Go to ELECTION WORKERS > Worker Flexible Search.
- On the Worker Flexible Search dialog, set up the search parameters to find the workers whose response status you want to reset. (See Worker Flexible Search for a description of the available parameters.)
- Click Search to find workers meeting the specified criteria. Their names are listed on the Search Results tab.
- On the Search Results tab, click Reset Response Status.
