Add the Voter Information Lookup Module to Your Website
You have two options for display of Voter Information Lookup:

Add the Voter Information Lookup module to a page.

Open a new browser page that displays the module with your county banner and a Home button.

Go to the page where you want to display the form.

Hover over the Voter Information Lookup and click the + icon to add the module.
- Click, drag, and drop the module to the location on the page where you want the module to appear. When the module is first added, it is blank.

In the module, hover over the icon and select Settings.

On the Module Settings tab, in the Module Title field, enter Voter Information Lookup.

On the Voter Information Lookup Settings tab, enter your county name.
Note: Settings in the height and width fields are not required. They are just there if you want to modify the default settings. -
Click Update to finish adding the form.
