Address Confirmation Notice Reply Form
This form allows voters who have received a notice from the elections office about their address (an Address Confirmation Request, Address Change Notice, or Address Confirmation Final Notice) to confirm that they have not moved out of the county.
When a voter completes the form and clicks Continue, VR Tower displays a summary of the voter’s entries on the form. The voter clicks Submit at the bottom of the display to submit the form, or they can click Back to return to the form if they want to change something.
Once the form is submitted, the system sends an email message to the voter repeating the information they provided on the form.
To set up the Address Confirmation Notice Reply Form, complete the following steps:
