Election Information Options

You can modify the election specific information from the Election Information pane on the Configure Election Options page.

Important: You cannot access these settings until you have posted Set Up an Election in ENR Prior to an Election.

To display this page, click the Edit Election Options link on the ENR home page.

Election Name

The text here appears at top of the results header.

Election Date

The date here appears in the top-right of the header. You can change the date, but it must remain in MM/DD/YYYY format.

Registered Voters

The number here appears in the Registered Voters field in the header. It is obtained from the tabulation file and is editable.

Note: If the value in the Registered Voters field is zero in your tabulation file, an error message will appear. You will be required to reload a setup LA file with the registered voters included or to enter the book closing reg totals number manually before you can proceed to the next step.

Ballots Counted

The number here appears in the Ballots Counted field in the header. For the initial setup, this number will be 0. After uploading of a live results file from the tabulation system, it will show the total number of ballots counted so far. This field can be edited.​
Important: The system will automatically timeout after 90 minutes of inactivity. System changes and updates should be completed in a timely manner.
