Add Students to the System
To add a new user as an available student for ELM courses, see one of the following:
Election Workers (Voter Focus interface)
You can also add one or more ELM Students to the system using an import process:
Import ELM Students Into the System
Reminder: An ELM student is a student created in the ELM
system only as opposed to an election worker, who is maintained in the
voter registration database. Election Workers are added to the ELM system whenever they are first invited to a course in Voter Focus.
