Create a New Course
There are two ways to create a course. The procedures vary based on who the course is intended for:
- Election Workers (Voter Focus interface)
- ELM Students
Reminder: An ELM student is a student created in the ELM
system only as opposed to an election worker, who is maintained in the
voter registration database.
