User Maintenance Overview

Users assigned to the Web Console Administrator User Maintenance Overview Administrator can add, edit, or delete users from the User Maintenance page.

At this time, you can create up to 10 user accounts for your county. If you require more than that, please contact us.

Note:

We recommend that you do not provide user accounts to users outside of your county's Supervisor of Elections office as the information presented in the Dashboard is sensitive and can be easily misunderstood if a person is not familiar with the complexities of running an election or are not aware that the data from EViDs is only a part of the overall election picture.

When you create a new user account (or edit the User Name of an existing user), the user must confirm their email address. An email is sent to the email address specified as the User Name with instructions on how to do this.

Once set up, users can log in directly to their web services by using the appropriate link or by visiting www.vrwebconsole.com.
