EViD Name and Address Change Activity

To run:  REPORTING > EViD Reports > Name and Address Change Activity

This report lists, by location (Voter Outreach, Election Day, or Early Voting), the voters whose name or address were changed on an EViD station.

The report includes:

• Voter Name

• FVRS Voter ID Number

• Polling Place

• EViD ID

• Operator

• Date Changed

• New Name

• New Resident Address

• New Mailing Address
